Belt Sizes:

Regular = 10" (Waist Size 28" - 36")

Large = 12" (Waist Size 36" - 44")

If your waist size is on the high side or maxing out a belt, you should go with the next size up for maximum comfort.  For instance: if you have a 31″ waist, you should order a 10″ back belt.
